I really like the adaptogens! I ordered the 'I am focused' blend after trying the 'I am energized' blend earlier. I noticed that it was a very nice one for the winter, to feel more energetic.
Because of that positive experience I wanted to order again and saw that there is also the 'I am focused' blend. Since I'm in the process of graduating, I found it perfectly suited to what I need now. Once again this blend feels very nice and I am satisfied with the result. I usually add it to my breakfast, tea or warm milk. About 4/5 days a week.
