I eat oatmeal every morning. On busy days I add a teaspoon of the I am energized adaptogens from High Vibeology. I use it about 3 to 4 days a week.
I definitely notice a huge difference in my energy. I am not sure whether this has to do with the adaptogens or the fact that I have now organized my life in a completely different way, but the two of course can work in synergy. I am very sensitive to triggers and therefore quickly tired and low in energy. I feel like it's getting better since the adaptogens!
I also thought the personal card and the spoon that came with my order were super sweet.
