I think the I am calm from High Vibeology is a very nice product. I soon noticed that I was less rushed at work. that the pressure was off the kettle. I did just as much but in a quieter, more conscious, calm way. I put it in soy yogurt or chai or fruit porridge and the taste doesn't bother me at all. curious about the other blends;)
