Moringa is one of the most nutrient-rich plants in the world and is therefore known as a miracle tree.
It is a nutritional superfood that contains over 90 important nutrients, including vitamins, minerals and 46 types of antioxidants.
Moringa also contains all eight essential amino acids. These are the building blocks of proteins that cannot be produced by our body. We must therefore get these from our diet.

- 25 x more iron than spinach

Moringa is an adaptogen
As if this plant weren't special enough already, Moringa is also an adaptogen. She increases our resistance to different types of stress, whether physical, chemical or biological and helps to bring body and mind back into balance.
Because of her high nutritional values and adaptogenic properties it is an excellent plant for during and after physical exertion. In addition to providing you with extra energy and stamina in a stable way, she also helps the body to recover faster. Some types of sports and intense physical exercise can be stressful for the body.
For these reasons Moringa is very popular among athletes and people practicing various sports.
You can find Moringa in the I am energized blend.
