Heat 400 ml milk of your choice in a saucepan over medium heat. You can use for example a combination of coconut milk and almond or oat milk. The creamier, the better for this recipe.

While stirring add 2 teaspoons of I am focused adaptogens and some ground cinnamon.

Bring the milk to a boil and let it simmer for a few minutes, then turn off the heat and let it cool down a bit.
Add maple syrup or raw honey to taste and 1/2 teaspoon natural vanilla extract.

If you want an ombré effect like the popsicles in the photo, you can divide the mix between a few bowls and play with the color by adding more milk to some and later pouring the different layers together in the popsicle mold.

Use a milk frother and afterwards put the bowl (or bowls if you want multiple shades) with latte mix in the fridge to chill.
This is important for the texture of the popsicles so that they come out the creamiest possible. The colder the latte mix, the faster the popsicles will freeze, resulting in less ice crystals in them.
Also put your popsicle mold in the freezer a few hours in advance.

Stir the mix before pouring it into the popsicle mold so that all the ingredients are mixed well.

Put the popsicle mold covered with its lid in the freezer and add the popsicle sticks after half an hour. You can set your kitchen timer for this so you don't forget, otherwise you will have popsicles without sticks!

Freeze the popsicles for 4 hours or until they are firm enough.

These frozen latte popsicles with adaptogens for focus are creamy and have a stimulating and balancing effect. They provide energy in a subtle way, which is why they are most suitable to eat during the day.
